"Hands down... THE WORST experience I have had with insurance. Follow through by this agency was inconsistent at best. None of the information I received via phone conversations was reflected on the statements, I received. I made several changes over the course of my enrollment. Each change brought more problems that they were not capable of dealing with. Just be upfront, please. Failed me at every turn. Extremely Disappointed"
